About the Role

As an On Tech Brand Rep, you'll be the face of On in retail storeseducating/training store associates and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Brand Education & Training:
    Share your knowledge of On products to educate store staff on features, benefits, and the brand's value.
  • In-Store Support:
    Conduct monthly store visits to train associates and ensure product placement, displays, and signage are on point.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    Capture photos, observations, and feedback during visits, then submit detailed reports via our mobile app to help improve insight on associate education and brand presentation.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in education/training of store associates
  • Proven experience in retail environment
  • Passionate about the On brand and active lifestyle
  • Friendly, engaging, with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written
  • Tech-savvy with smartphones and reporting tools
  • Reliable transportation
What You'll Receive:
  • Paid up to $70CAD per store training visit (plus travel incentives) based on experience and location
  • Dedicated stores to service in your area - stores are generally visited once a month for one hour
  • Visits will begin in January 2026, with one "Meet and Greet" visit to occur in the first half of December 2025
  • Flexibility to be able to schedule visits, at different times during the day, based on when the store manager advises there will be the greatest number of associates to train.
  • Quarterly calls with Brand Leaders for ongoing skill development
