The Omnichannel Manager for Target Skin Cleansing is a key driver in bridging physical retail and digital platforms, ensuring every consumer enjoys a seamless, consistent, and engaging brand experience across all channels. JOB PURPOSE: You will drive the execution and optimization of omnichannel strategies for the Skin Cleansing portfolio at Target, leveraging data and insights to enhance product visibility and shopper engagement online. You’ll develop best-in-class partnerships with Target’s Digital Team and internal stakeholders to achieve joint business objectives and exponential digital growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary liaison between field sales and Target eCommerce Site Merchants, ensuring seamless execution of digital initiatives. Partner with Shopper Marketing teams to co-create end to end marketing activations that align with brand strategies and customer objectives. Collaborate with Retail Media Team for strategic sku alignment across search and display. Monitor and report on performance, providing feedback loops to internal teams and retailer partners to refine future activations. Build a best-in-class digital relationship with Target to unlock growth. You will work closely with: Customer Business Managers (Field team). Content Team, Shopper Marketing Team. Retail Media Team. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
