Office of Continuous Improvement Internship

Internship opportunity supporting continuous improvement and business optimization with flexible hours and remote work options.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Support continuous improvement and business optimization initiatives across the organization
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, SharePoint Lists, and Power Automate workflows
  • Help collect, analyze, and organize data to support process improvement and decision-making
  • Assist with preparation, documentation, and follow-up for Lean workshops, strategy sessions, and cross-functional meetings
  • Contribute to visual management tools, process documentation, and improvement tracking efforts
  • Collaborate with OCIO team members and business partners to support active optimization projects

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
  • Strong interest in continuous improvement, business optimization, and process improvement
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, or Power Automate) is a plus
  • Ability to analyze information, communicate clearly, and work effectively with diverse teams
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, initiative, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Paid internship
  • $26-32/hour
  • Opportunity to work 40 hours per week with some remote work options
