About the role

MUBI has been on an amazing growth journey recently, and we’re looking for an Operational Intern to support the Office Manager in London. Supporting a broad range of daily tasks that span from day-to-day in the London Office.

Where you'll have impact

  • Provide assistance in maintaining our London office spaces (we have several!): keeping them tidy and clean, finding a home for miscellaneous items, looking after deliveries, and supporting with necessary repairs.

  • Being the welcoming face of MUBI for guests based at our brand new office, working closely alongside our Receptionist to provide general support to all visitors.

  • Being a central point of contact for team members and their queries regarding the office (e.g. stationery, snacks).

  • Monitoring our office inbox, liaising with key vendors and contractors.

  • Supporting operational expense management.

  • Supporting the planning of internal team events and socials.

This position is located at our office in London, Soho, working Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week from 10 am to 5 pm daily.
