UHS is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Virtual Walk‑In team, an innovative telemedicine service delivering high‑quality care directly to patients—right in their homes. Within minutes of signing in—often in under 10 minutes—patients are connected to a trusted provider who can diagnose, treat, and send prescriptions directly to their preferred pharmacy (restrictions ). As part of this forward‑thinking program, you'll care for patients presenting with a broad range of non‑emergent conditions, all while leveraging digital tools designed to make care seamless, efficient, and patient‑centered. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Active licensure in both New York and Pennsylvania
  • Strong clinical judgment, patientmunication skills, andfort with technology
  • Interest in innovative models of care delivery and virtual health
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant (PA) degree
  • Possession of an NPI (National Provider Identification) number, as evidenced by the receipt of a copy of the notification assigning the number
  • Successfulpletion of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Current NYS Registered Professional License
  • Current (or pending) PA Registered Professional License
  • Documentation of current CPR certification required within one (1) week of hire, with maintenance of current CPR certification during employment
  • Certified Prescriptive Privilege in NYS
  • Prescriptive Authority license in PA
