We are Hiring Teams for FedEx Custom Critical runs. These are Unassigned Runs hauling Medical supplies, medication etc. It is all No Touch Freight!

The Team will domicile from Dallas/Ft Worth.

FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR TEAMS STAYING OUT MINIMUM 3 WEEKS AT A TIME.

What to Expect:

  • Teams will be expected to stay out 2-3 weeks at a time
  • Teams will need to build a network of Linehaul contacts within the FedEx Network
  • Your choice of 1099 or W2 pay!
  • Comperhensive pay structure including GUARANTEE, discussed in interview.
  • An Extensive Background check to qualify...this position is for the BEST, MOST RELIABLE TRUCKERS IN THE BIZ.

Current FedEx Teams will work well in this position, especially if you have Hazmat Endorsement.

We will be pairing Solo drivers together, FedEx experience not necessary, but will definitely get very strong consideration!

What qualifies and what doesn't:

  • Must be able to communicate/read English without issue. No language barriers.
  • 6 months of commercial driving experience collectively in the last 2 years -or- 1 year
  • collectively in the last 5 years (tractors only)
  • Willing and able to travel to all 48 states (Canada and 5 Burroughs of NYC are optional)
  • Have a current DOT medical card (with expiration prior to 30 days) MedCard must be
  • certified to the MVR (non-excepted intrastate) and it must be performed by a doctor on the registry.
  • Pass a DOT drug screening
  • Cannot currently be a SAP program participant – if completed SAP must have
  • completed 5 years or more prior to application date
  • Cannot accept prohibited drivers from Clearinghouse reporting – ( refusal to submit to
  • a CH test depicted on reports = 5-year DQ )
  • Have a clean driving record with NO citation or conviction of more than 2 moving violations during a 36-month (3 year) period prior to application (more below)
  • Have a clean driving record with NO citation or conviction of more than 5 moving
  • violations during a 60-month (5 year) period prior to application (more below)
  • NO more than 1 preventable accidents, or more than 1 preventable accident and 1 moving violation in any combination. ( 3-year / 36-month period prior to application date)
  • Cannot have a seatbelt violation in the 12 months prior to application date – “ Failing to properly wear a seatbelt in a CMV, whether as a driver or as a passenger” ( 1-year DQ )
  • Cannot have a cell phone violation within the 12 months prior to application date –“Using a hand-held mobile telephone or texting, while driving a CMV” (1-year DQ )
  • Show NO record of DUI/DWI within the past 5 years
  • No Felony charge(s) within the past 7 years (more serious charges may have different requirements) If there is a prior felony, everything must be done and over for 7 years. (Probation, incarceration etc)
  • No misdemeanor charges within the last 3 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
