Notion Expert Needed to Build Complete Operating System for Clothing Brand & Media Company

I’m looking for a highly skilled Notion expert to build a complete, structured Notion workspace for my clothing brand and media company, Peace Off Limits.

This will function as the central operating system for the entire brand. I am looking for someone who understands systems thinking, clean structure, and scalable architecture.

The system must be clean, minimal, powerful, and easy to use daily.

Core Requirement: Master Dashboard

There must be one central Master Dashboard that acts as the control center. From this dashboard, I should be able to navigate to all other dashboards and areas.

Critical Architecture Requirement: Archive Database System

There must be one dedicated Archive section that contains ALL master databases.

This Archive will act as the backend of the system.

All dashboards must use linked database views from the Archive, instead of creating new databases inside dashboards.

This ensures:

- Clean architecture

- No duplicate databases

- Scalability

- Professional system design

- Easy long-term management

Example:

- Products database lives in Archive → Products Dashboard shows filtered view

- Content database lives in Archive → Content Dashboard shows filtered view

- Finance database lives in Archive → Finance Dashboard shows filtered view

This is a strict requirement.

Required Core Systems:

1. Master Dashboard (Main Control Center)

- Quick navigation to all areas

- Overview of current priorities

- Active projects overview

- Quick access buttons to key dashboards

2. Products Dashboard

For managing clothing products like knitwear zip ups, future drops, and product development.

Must include:

- Product database (stored in Archive)

- Status tracking (idea, design, sampling, production, released)

- Notes, files, references

- Timeline / progress tracking

3. Content Dashboard (YouTube, Instagram, Media)

For managing content creation across platforms.

Must include:

- YouTube video tracker (Archive database)

- Instagram content tracker (Archive database)

- Content ideas database

- Production pipeline (idea → scripting → filming → editing → posted)

- Series tracking (for YouTube series projects)

4. Finance Dashboard

Must include Archive-based databases for:

- Expense tracker

- Income tracker

- Profit overview

- Ability to tag expenses (samples, marketing, freelancers, etc.)

- Clean financial overview

5. Projects Dashboard

For managing brand projects such as:

- Clothing drops

- Campaigns

- Media projects

- Brand initiatives

Must include:

- Projects database (Archive)

- Status tracking

- Timeline

- Priority tagging

6. Knowledge / Brain Dashboard

For storing:

- Ideas

- Research

- References

- Brand concepts

- Strategy notes

All stored in Archive databases and displayed via linked views.

7. Freelancer / Team Dashboard

Track via Archive database:

- Freelancers hired

- Status

- Payments

- Deliverables

Important Requirements:

- All databases must live inside the Archive section

- Dashboards must use linked database views only

- Proper relational databases and connections

- Clean and minimal design

- Easy navigation

- Scalable for long-term growth

- Optimized for daily use

Bonus if you have experience with:

- Clothing brands

- Startups

- Content creators

- YouTube creators

- Building second brain systems

To apply, please include:

- Examples of Notion systems you built

- Screenshots or portfolio

- Brief explanation of your architecture approach

I am looking for someone who can think like a systems architect, not just create pages.

This system will be used every day to run the entire brand.

Timeline: Prefer completion within 7–14 days
