The Network Deployment Manager will manage the implementation and delivery of inbound capacity and equipment in data center and colocation environments. The Network Deployment Manager will be responsible for leading a team within a geographic region and oversee their development and growth.
They will have experience managing and mentoring people, tracking budgets, providing strategic direction and proposing technical solutions. They will ultimately be responsible for installing and delivering our network equipment and related infrastructures, as well as responsible for driving low voltage structured cabling across the AWS network platform.
NOTE:
This position requires that the candidate selected obtain and maintain an active Reliability Status security clearance with the Government of Canada.
This role will support AWS operations across multiple Canadian regions
The position requires regular travel across these regions and compliance with provincial labor regulations, including Quebec-specific requirements when managing Quebec-based team members.
Due to the nature of the role that requires interaction with other Amazon entities globally and with Amazon employees and stakeholders in other provinces in Canada, bilingualism French and English is required for this position.

Fournir des rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels soutenant les MBR, les metriques internes et les objectifs d'equipe.
Gerer les escalations de projet, animer des reunions hebdomadaires du personnel et des partenariats inter-fonctionnels.
Recruter et former les constructeurs de deploiement tout en maintenant des niveaux de dotation appropries.
Recommander, documenter et superviser les politiques et procedures AWS.
