PPA Buys Homes is a nationwide real estate investment powerhouse built around novations and MLS retail exits. We operate at volume, move fast, and demand precision. Underwriting is not a support role here — it’s a mission-critical position that directly determines profit and scale. This is not entry-level. This is not a side hustle. This is a long-term role for a serious operator who understands how novation deals actually get closed. This position is fully remote. What You’ll Be Doing • Underwriting novation deals nationwide with speed and accuracy • Running precise comps and ARVs for MLS retail exits • Analyzing DOM, price trends, buyer activity, and absorption rates • Determining list price strategy for novation properties • Stress-testing deals before they hit contract • Killing bad deals early to protect margins and reputation • Supporting acquisitions and leadership with clean, confident numbers • Operating under volume without sacrificing accuracy Your decisions directly impact closings, spreads, and company growth. What We’re Looking For MUST HAVE: • Proven real estate underwriting experience (nationwide preferred) • Strong MLS and comp analysis skills • Clear understanding of novation deal structure • Ability to underwrite at volume without hand-holding • High attention to detail and ownership mentality • Self-discipline to perform at a high level remotely BONUS (Not Required): • Experience underwriting novations specifically • Experience supporting high-volume acquisitions teams • Familiarity with multiple MLS systems across U.S. markets This role is for closers with numbers, not order-takers. Compensation • $4,000 per month base pay • $100 per closed novation deal • Stable role with upside in a fast-scaling nationwide operation Work Structure • 100% Remote • Full-time availability required • Must be responsive during business hours • We move fast — accuracy and speed are mandatory Who This Is NOT For • Beginners or trainees • Anyone unfamiliar with MLS retail exits • People who need constant supervision • Anyone who treats underwriting like a checkbox How to Apply Apply with: • A short summary of your underwriting experience • Markets you’ve underwritten • Tools you’ve used (MLS, PropStream, etc.) Only serious underwriters should apply. If you know novations, understand retail exits, and want long-term stability — we want you. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
