Job Summary
The National Account Manager will be responsible for leading all sales and strategic relationships with Walmart to ensure that Duda Farm Fresh Foods and Walmart initiatives are achieved. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and operates in a 100% remote capacity. Candidates must reside in the Bentonville, Arkansas area or within a 35‑mile radius, and 40% travel within the United States is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) that align DFFF goals with Walmart’s EDLP (Everyday Low Price) and omnichannel strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Walmart senior management, merchants, and buyers, leading business reviews, innovation launches, and ongoing strategic discussions.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage tools in the Retail Link / Supplier One portal, including Walmart Luminate and Circana, to analyze POS data and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Omnichannel Execution: Manage item setup, digital content (PDPs) for walmart.com, and in‑store modular execution to ensure a seamless “One Walmart” customer experience.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner internally with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure high fill rates, on‑time delivery (OTIF), and effective retail media campaigns. Lead all Walmart‑related initiatives across the organization.
  • Leadership: Manage and provide leadership to the DFFF dedicated Walmart team.
  • Supplier One Duties: Oversee both Supplier Profile and Duda team management responsibilities as the Supplier One Administrator.
  • Annual Budgeting: Lead the budgeting process related to the Walmart business.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of sales experience in the agriculture or fresh produce industry, preferably with a focus on value‑added or fresh‑cut products.
  • Proven success in managing complex relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
