Multimedia Designer /AI-Powered Creative/

This role combines creative design, motion graphics, and AI-driven experimentation to produce high-performing ad content across multiple digital platforms. You will transform briefs, landing pages, and AI-generated assets into polished static and motion creatives that drive measurable results. The position offers hands-on involvement in fast-paced, iterative campaigns while collaborating closely with a U.S.-based paid media team. You will also explore and refine AI tools for content generation, integrating them into the creative workflow to accelerate output and maintain visual consistency. This is ideal for designers who thrive on speed, experimentation, and direct impact on marketing performance, while working in a fully remote, flexible environment.

Accountabilities

    • Design and produce static and motion ad creatives from briefs, landing pages, and AI-generated assets.
    • Generate platform-specific ad formats including 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, and 16:9 while maintaining typography, layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
    • Animate graphics, add transitions, kinetic typography, and layered motion to elevate engagement across paid channels.
    • Experiment with AI creative tools to generate video and static assets, refine outputs, and integrate them into production-ready ad content.
    • Collaborate closely with paid media strategists and creative leads, delivering rapid iterations and participating in active feedback loops.
    • Organize and maintain project files, naming conventions, and version control for efficient workflow management.
    • Test and explore new AI tools, prompts, and creative workflows to optimize performance-driven advertising.

    • Requirements
      The ideal candidate blends design expertise with performance-focused creativity:
    • 3+ years of experience designing paid ads in static and motion formats.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, or other paid media platforms.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with Figma or Canva.
    • Solid understanding of performance creative principles, including hooks, scroll-stopping visuals, and ad iteration strategies.
    • Experience generating, refining, and integrating AI-assisted creative assets into production workflows.
    • Strong eye for typography, spacing, layout discipline, and visual hierarchy.
    • Ability to work quickly in structured iteration cycles and collaborate across time zones with daily EST/PST overlap.
    • Nice to Have:
    • Knowledge of paid ad specifications and creative testing frameworks.
    • Experience polishing AI-generated assets into high-quality deliverables.
    • Direct experience working with paid media teams to optimize campaign performance.
