Mobile Full-stack Software Engineer

<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><i><b>Role Overview:</b></i></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>We are seeking a Mobile Full-stack Software Engineer who will be responsible for the design and development of mobile applications in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. We are looking for a smart engineer who leverages Generative AI to accelerate coding and SDLC process and has the appetite to work in tight schedules without compromising on quality.<br><br>This is a Hybrid position located in Frisco, TX. You will be required to be on-site on an as-needed basis; when you are not working on-site, you will work from your home office. You must be within commutable distance to Frisco, TX. We are not offering relocation assistance.<p></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><ul><li><p>As a software engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of mobile applications and services that handle all types of transactions.</p></li><li><p>You will work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation and experimentation are a given. You will demonstrate mastery in innovation and security.</p></li><li><p>This individual must have a “start-up” mentality who hits the ground running with minimal supervision.</p></li><li><p>You will collaborate with other engineers and developers throughout the development process.</p></li><li><p>You will collaborate with the other team or 3rd party vendors to integrate functional component.</p></li><li><p>You will understand user requirements; design and develop applications and APIs for devices that meet real world scenarios.</p></li><li><p>You will solve and articulate complex problems with application design, development, and user experiences.</p></li><li><p>You will use Generative AI for code and build Agentic AI App experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><ul><li><p>7-10 years of experience in software development of which 5+ years of experience Mobile application design &development.</p></li><li><p>You should have hands on experience on both front end [Android and/or iOS] and backend technologies. </p></li><li><p>Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android/iOS applications to back-end services</p></li><li><p>You should have experience in Unit Test cases, Code Coverage, Automation and Design patterns.</p></li><li><p>You should have experience in Instruments: Allocation, Leaks Crash Analysis and Debugging skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with continuous integration & deployment process</p></li><li><p>Able to independently build E2E flows on mobile which includes building the UEX and integration of backend APIs. </p></li><li><p>A knack for benchmarking and optimization</p></li><li><p>Experience in Gradle / Maven/iOS build systems. </p></li><li><p>Experience of using GenAI in SDLC</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-Hybrid</p><h2><br /><br /><b><i><span>Company Overview</span></i></b></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>McAfee is a leader in personal security for consumers.
