The team leads the experimentation function for large digital stores. This team works with business partners across the Stores engineering and marketing teams. They perform research on the websites and Store channels. They define, test and refine hypothesis. They publish online experiences and deliver reports on insights.<br>• Key projects: This role will contribute to planning, documenting and managing activities related to experiments for the Experimentation program. The role will also provision access and deployment instructions for commonly used tools across the network, including: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, ContentSquare, and various internal tools. The role will collaborate closely with marketing team partners including site management, product management, analytics, design, and dev teams. Contractor should have experience in strategic planning of experiments, test design, planning, and analyzing A/B tests. The candidate should have extensive project management experience and be able to coordinate concurrent projects with multiple stakeholders. They will work with lots of external stakeholders as well.<br>• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 50% meetings, 50% heads down. The role will work with three larger vendor teams that maintain day to day tickets, run experiments tracked through Azure DevOps and be hands on with the teams to ensure experiments gather all info and meet metrics. Minimum 4 years experience with a background in Online/Digital UX and eCommerce best practices.<br><br><strong>Hard Skills Assessments</strong><br>• Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP week of 10/7<br>• Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 2 rounds - a screen from sponsor and panel interview with 2-3 interviewers<br>• Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should be prepared to discuss previous experiments they've worked on, what issues they encountered prior to the assessment.<br><br><strong>Accountabilities & deliverables:</strong><br>• Plan and execute tests as the Experimentation Program Manager (subject matter expert), including strategic planning, roadmap development, and individual test designs.<br>• Gather all necessary information from key business stakeholders and participants to document requirements for new experiments.<br>• Ensure the finalization of experiment readouts and their proper posting to the central repository.<br>• Review analyses of completed tests to guarantee result accuracy, provide clear customer insights, and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders.<br>• Become very familiar and be able to search our library of past experiments, Insights, and Learning Series to understand effective strategies for enhancing the customer experience on our site.
