job in fashion?<br>We\'re looking for a highly-organised Merchandising Admin Assistant to help our Clothing & Home team get the right product to the right stores at the right time for our customers.<br>You\'ll play a key role in this fast-paced and demanding environment, supporting your team with a variety of demanding administrative tasks.<br>You\'ll be able to work autonomously and with others, digging into the data and analysing the numbers to help us make the right decisions.<br>You\'ll be confident to work across a number of complex IT systems to deliver the most fashionable passionate about through a dedicated day away from work.<br>What you\'ll do<br>Your key accountabilities will include:<br>High levels of administration including sales, data and trend analysis, running daily sales reports, maintaining departmental records and handling PO processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock.<br>Working closely with the Merchandiser and Assistant Merchandiser to respond to various ad-hoc administration requests.<br>Learning and owning internal IT systems to maintain accurate data through meticulous mapping.<br>Assisting in managing catalogues and creating range plans under the mentorship of the Assistant Merchandiser.<br>Developing positive relationship with suppliers, sourcing offices, and internal teams such as Buying, Allocating, and Stores.<br>Who you are<br>Your skills and experience will include:<br>The ability to learn quickly, act fast, work autonomously and be flexible to high periods of demand.<br>Extremely organised, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.<br>Confident to learn and utilise complex IT systems including Range Planner, SAP, and other merchandising tools.<br>Excellent
