26000247 Position Description The Nurse Supervisor is a key member of the Clinical Nursing Team, dedicated to delivering world-class telehealth services in a fast-paced online environment. This role most closely correlates to that of a supervisor in a busy urgent care or primary care practice. Responsibilities include overseeing daily team operations, providing clinical guidance, supporting staff development, assisting MD Live Providers and clinical operations, and contributing to onboarding, training, and team data analytics. The Nurse Supervisor directly supervises a pod of nursing and support staff. Work schedules may consist of either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, as assigned by management, with rotating weekend and holiday rotations. This position reports to a Nurse Manager.
