Marketing Web Developer

This role focuses on building and optimizing high-impact marketing websites that directly support growth, lead generation, and brand visibility. You will take ownership of the technical web experience, translating creative ideas into fast, scalable, and conversion-focused digital assets. Working closely with marketing, content, and design teams, you will play a key role in campaign execution, analytics implementation, and continuous optimization. The environment is collaborative, remote-first, and performance-driven, offering strong ownership and visibility across initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys blending technical expertise with marketing strategy to deliver measurable results. Accountabilities • Build and maintain landing pages, campaign microsites, and marketing web experiences using HubSpot CMS and Webflow. • Translate creative concepts and design mockups into high-quality, responsive, and conversion-focused web assets. • Support large-scale website initiatives across corporate pages, content hubs, and microsites in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. • Own analytics implementation across marketing web properties, including arenaflex Tag Manager, arenaflex Analytics, and HubSpot tracking. • Manage cookie consent and tracking compliance in line with data privacy regulations. • Design and support A/B tests and CRO initiatives to improve performance and conversion rates. • Maintain website organization, content updates, technical optimizations, and rapid issue resolution.Requirements • 3–5+ years of experience building marketing websites, landing pages, and campaign assets. • Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot CMS, including HubL, templates, modules, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Experience with Webflow or the ability to ramp up quickly for upcoming website redesigns. • Solid experience with arenaflex Tag Manager, analytics tagging, and cookie consent tools, with a general understanding of GDPR and CCPA. • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization principles and A/B testing methodologies. • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills across marketing and external partners. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present a portfolio of relevant web projects.Benefits • Fully remote role with flexibility to work from anywhere in Brazil. • Competitive compensation aligned with international market standards. • Paid annual leave with flexible work arrangements. • Learning and professional development opportunities. • Exposure to global teams and innovative international projects. • Supportive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture.
