Job Title: Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator (Part-Time leading to Full-time)

Location: Nossack Food Group, Red Deer, Alberta

Position Type: Part-Time, In-Office (Monday – Friday, 24–30 hours/week depending on season)

About Us:
Nossack Food Group is a family-owned business with over 115 years of tradition in quality food manufacturing and distribution. We produce and distribute a wide range of meats, pastries, and specialty foods through Nossack Fine Meats and Nossack Gourmet Foods. We are looking for a Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to support our everyday marketing and help bring Nossack brand to life across multiple platforms.

Position Overview:
This is a part-time, in-office role for a hands on professional with strengths in both graphic design and marketing execution. You will be responsible for creating visual content, managing marketing materials, and supporting ongoing campaigns. Working closely with internal teams and external marketing partners, you will ensure consistent brand execution across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Content Creation:
Create visually appealing marketing materials for social media, website updates, flyers, POS materials, and sales collateral while maintaining brand consistency.

Social Media Management:
Plan, design, and schedule content aligned with seasonal promotions, campaigns, and company initiatives to support audience engagement.

Marketing Execution:
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, holiday gift box programs, and other initiatives.

POS & Sales Materials:
Develop, organize, and maintain point-of-sale (POS) materials to ensure consistency across retail and wholesale channels.

Website & Digital Updates:
Support updates to website content and ensure information remains current and aligned with brand standards.

Brand Consistency & Administrative Support:
Maintain marketing assets, support email signatures, and assist with various marketing-related tasks as needed.

Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (sales, leadership) and external marketing partners to execute aligned marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of website updates and digital tools is an asset
  • Photography and basic video editing skills are a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred
