Marketing & Digital Media Coordinator

Position Overview

The Marketing & Digital Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase attendance, drive online ticket sales, and grow brand awareness.

This role oversees social media, content creation, website updates, SimpleTix event management, email communications, influencer campaigns, and community collaborations.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both creative execution and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars
  • Create engaging story sequences (polls, sliders, countdowns, CTAs)
  • Write compelling promotional captions and campaign messaging
  • Plan and execute seasonal campaign rollouts
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize strategy

Content Creation

  • Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content at the farm
  • Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style content)
  • Design graphics for events, ticket bundles, and promotions
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms
  • Develop promotional materials for digital and print use

Influencer & Creator Campaign Management

  • Identify, recruit, and manage local influencers and content creators
  • Coordinate hosted visits and promotional partnerships
  • Develop campaign briefs and track deliverables
  • Oversee giveaway collaborations and cross-promotions
  • Measure influencer campaign performance and ROI

Website Management

  • Update website with current events, promotions, and ticket links
  • Ensure event pages are clear, accurate, and conversion-focused
  • Maintain consistent messaging across all digital platforms

Event & Ticket Platform Management (SimpleTix)

  • Create and manage events in SimpleTix
  • Set up ticket bundles, pricing structures, and availability
  • Monitor ticket sales performance and reporting
  • Ensure accurate integration between website, email, and social platforms

Email & Media Communications

  • Manage the Tinez Farms email inbox
  • Respond to customer, media, and partnership inquiries
  • Draft and send promotional email campaigns
  • Coordinate press outreach and event announcements

Community Partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations
  • Coordinate cross-promotions and sponsorship opportunities
  • Develop community collaborations that expand brand reach

Strategy & Performance Tracking

  • Analyze campaign performance and ticket sales data
  • Track engagement, growth, and conversion metrics
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and trends

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years experience in marketing, social media, or digital content
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Experience managing influencer or creator partnerships
  • Comfortable with website updates and event ticket platforms
  • Skilled in Canva, content creation tools, and short-form video editing
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple seasonal campaigns simultaneously
