This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both creative execution and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars
- Create engaging story sequences (polls, sliders, countdowns, CTAs)
- Write compelling promotional captions and campaign messaging
- Plan and execute seasonal campaign rollouts
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize strategy
Content Creation
- Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content at the farm
- Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style content)
- Design graphics for events, ticket bundles, and promotions
