Title: Marketing and Content Storytelling Specialist Location: United Kingdom # of Openings 1 Department Diversification Location : Location UK- Contract Permanent Overview Contract: Permanent  Location: Home based - with occasional travel to our Head Office – Newcastle upon Tyne when required Hours per week: 18.5 Salary: Up to £21,000 for part time hours (FTE £42,000) depending on experience    About the role   We’re excited to be looking for a Marketing and Content Storytelling Specialist to join our Diversification and Marketing team to help bring the diversification strategy to life.   In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to shape clear and compelling commercial narratives that explain what we’re building, why it matters and how audiences can engage.   This role puts you at the heart of diversification work, you’ll have early exposure to new propositions, help shape how they are positioned in the market and play a key role in developing a microsite that supports growth and new income streams. It's a chance to influence direction, work creatively with emerging ideas and see your content directly contribute to commercial outcomes.   How you’ll make an impact: Write and refine persuasive content for a diversification focused section, clearly communicating new offers and propositions Develop commercial storytelling that translates complex and evolving ideas into clear, engaging narrative Create and adapt content across digital channels to support launches, campaigns and ongoing marketing activity Work collaboratively with colleagues to gather insight, shape messaging and ensure consistency across the commercial story Review content performance and feedback to continuously improve clarity, impact and audience engagement We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following: Proven experience in content writing, digital marketing or storytelling roles with a track record of developing commercially impactful content Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to craft persuasive, concise and audience‑focused narrative A strong track record of developing content that supports new propositions, drives growth and aligns with commercial objectives Experience in creating multi-channel campaigns and managing digital content across web, social and email channels Ability to simplify complex ideas and transform them into persuasive, audience focused copy Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Feeling inspired?
