Marketing Administrator (Remote, Part-Time with Growth Potential)

About the Role

AssistPro® is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Administrator to support one of our current clients in coordinating the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives. This is a critical role designed to ensure that marketing strategies are not only developed but consistently executed, tracked, and followed through.

This position is ideal for someone who brings both strong administrative coordination skills and hands-on marketing execution experience. You’ll serve as the operational backbone of our marketing and business development efforts, helping ensure initiatives move forward smoothly and consistently.

This role supports a relationship-driven growth model focused on small business accounting, tax compliance and planning, and advisory services. While you will not be responsible for selling services, you will play a key role in enabling partner-led business development through organization, coordination, and follow-through.

What You'll Do

Marketing & Business Development Support

  • Coordinate execution of the firm’s annual marketing and business development plan
  • Maintain and manage the monthly marketing execution calendar
  • Prepare and send marketing communications, including event invitations, follow-ups, and newsletters
  • Post approved content to LinkedIn and the company website
  • Coordinate content calendars and support content scheduling
  • Assist with basic website updates and coordinate with external vendors (SEO, web, design)

Event & Lead Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for firm events, conferences, and networking activities
  • Track registrations, attendance, and post-event follow-up workflows
  • Capture and track leads from events, referrals, and website inquiries
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure leads are properly categorized and followed up on

CRM, Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Maintain CRM and lead tracking systems with consistent updates
  • Track referral partner relationships and follow-up activities
  • Prepare simple monthly reports and dashboards
  • Support accountability by following up on action items and deadlines
  • Monitor initiative progress and flag delays or gaps
  • Provide general administrative support to the Business Development Partner

Required Qualifications

  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and tracking tools
  • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus)

  • Experience with LinkedIn content management
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience with WordPress or website updates
  • Experience supporting business development or marketing teams
  • Experience working in professional services (accounting, finance, consulting, legal, etc.)
