Manager, Supply Chain Management - Merchant Relations

Position Summary...

What you'll do...About the Role: We are seeking a Manager, who will partner directly with Merchandising & Supply Chain to plan for significant changes in inventory Flow. In this high-impact role, you will lead cross-functional teams, build strong internal & external partnerships, create and share E2E storylines, and deliver results that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead as an advocate for the Customer & Member
  • Partner with Merchandising to understand future changes to inventory flow
  • Connect stakeholders across Organizations to share strategies, identify risk, and prescribe E2E solutions
  • Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to streamline operations and improve network efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary contact for external partners, communicating expectations and ensuring compliance.
  • Approve and optimize supply chain flow paths to maximize sales, in-stock, and profit metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sales, inventory, and strategic objectives.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, leveraging lean concepts and cost-reduction strategies.
  • Promote and uphold company values, ethics, and compliance standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance business plans, programs, and initiatives for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills by effectively managing multiple concurrent projects across different Merchandising teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
