The Player Engagement Manager serves as a key contributor in supporting current players, Legends, and club Heads of Player Engagement (HPEs) across the five Player Engagement pillars: Continuing Education, Financial Empowerment, Personal Development, Professional Development, and Head of Player Engagement Development. This role focuses primarily on Personal and Professional Development, delivering high-impact programming, resources, and support systems that enhance player wellbeing and prepare players for life during and after football.<br /> The Manager builds trusted relationships throughout the NFL ecosystem, provides hands‑on assistance to clubs, manages leaguewide initiatives, and ensures alignment with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements for player education.
