Job Description The Manager of Treasury reports to the VP Global Controller and interacts with other functional areas such as Accounting, Finance, Tax, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables. The Treasury Manager will continually review processes and procedures for subsequent implementation of improvements in execution and will be a catalyst in achieving results to help grow and develop the overall Treasury Team. The candidate must have strong communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to supervise Treasury analyst(s). Candidate must be analytical and possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor daily cash operations for all entities • Prepare consolidated cash forecasts, weekly, monthly, annually or as needed • Drive operational improvements, productivity initiatives and automation efficiencies. • Assure cash, investment and financial risk management in a compliant way by understanding and application of local laws and regulations related to the treasury activities • Prepare or review daily reconciliations of bank accounts (intra/previous day) and related G/L accounts. • Prepare or review cash journal entries • Review and approve payment transactions • Ensure that all bank activities are accounted for and posted in NetSuite accurately and timely. • Transfer funds between companies/accounts to cover required cash flow throughout the organization structure. • Assume the role of primary point of contact for banking partners. • Coordinate implementation of new bank accounts and services with banking partners. • Collaborate and align with the broader Finance organization (Tax, Legal and Accounting) to ensure cross functional impact is accurately taken into account in projects, initiatives and business requests • Maintain records for banking documents, agreements, confirmations, and other pertinent support on the shared drive. • Maintain and update the master list of all banks and associated accounts including bank name, address, account number, practice and contact person. • Optimize consolidated working capital • Support internal and external audits. • Successful implementation of processes and the internal control framework. • Assist with the management of insurance programs • Additional projects and duties as needed. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management or finance required • Proven experience of 5-7 years in cash management/finance in global corporate or banking environment • Strong analytical, financial and systems skills required • Supervisory experience preferred • Sophisticated Excel skills required • Meticulous organization skills with acute attention to detail required • Experience working in global business environment preferred • NetSuite knowledge preferred • Preferred general ledger and month-end close experience • Preferred interest rate swap/cap experience Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Salary Range: $96,700 - $145,000. This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
