The U.S. Consumer Services and Membership Digital Experiences Technology (USCDT) team brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, grounded in our data technology model that prioritizes data governance. It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments. The Personalization, Brand, and Communications Technology (PBCT) team, within USCDT, brings together many of our targeting efforts and stitch together multiple connections that customers have with us.
We are looking for a Manager Assistant who has a passion for details, ability to work autonomously and efficiently, anticipating the leader’s needs, and “connecting the dots” behind the scenes. They will possess outstanding thought leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills, and will have a consistent track record of excellence operating independently and within a high performing team environment. This individual will also serve as a thought partner in determining direction for the team, in collaboration with the VP and his team.
The Manager Assistant will be responsible for a broad range of activities including strategic, analytic and communications initiatives to help ensure the objectives of the organization are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily internal processes and related coordination within PBCT and across USCDT teams and business partners.
- Work across PBCT and USCDT leaders and key partners, such as CEG and TWTE, and maintain constant communication with them to ensure successful delivery of internal talent needs, opportunities and processes
- End-to-end creation of impactful and comprehensive communications/presentations for key business reviews with senior management
- Partner with Finance and leadership to manage the teams budget, headcount, and expenses.
- Prepare business reviews, financial forecasts, and performance reports for senior leadership
- Play a key role in driving the goals of the team, including oversight of key special projects and initiatives
- Ensure effective flow of information and communications with the team
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the organization’s internal capacity
- Bring a sharp project management approach to all tasks and anticipate project risks and issues to avoid compromising delivery
- Lead general project management and special projects requiring analysis and data consolidation.
- Plan and manage the logistics of important high-profile events, such as Town Halls and quarterly leadership team meetings, and colleague engagement events
- Evaluating and developing insights on opportunities that influence the strategic direction of projects
- Build strong working relationships across the USCDT org, and with key partners, to enhance collaboration and problem solving, and generate solutions to deliver results
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is able to provide strategic thought leadership and lead projects with limited guidance. The individual must be composed, organized, culturally aware and a strong communicator who can effectively multitask and prioritize as needs evolve. Additional qualifications include:

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
