Management Analyst - Junior or Senior - Secret Cleared

This role supports a Navy customer in San Diego, CA. Job Description and Responsibilities: Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards. Collect, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft and product programs. Maintain configuration control of acquisition products and data. Track configuration changes. Coordinate and support development of Engineering Change Proposals. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management - Conduct organizational studies and develop recommendations for process improvement. - Evaluate compliance with policy, contract, and mission requirements. - Develop and maintain acquisition and configuration management documentation. - Support high-level briefings, reports, and strategic initiatives. - Apply best practices in change management and performance evaluation. Basic Requirements: A Junior has 3+ years of relevant project coordination or analysis experience. A Senior has 10+ of analytical experience in defense or aerospace environments Preferred Skills and Experience: Strong data interpretation and communication skills. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or related field.
