Main Responsibilities • Embraces all of Elkridge Advisors’ Core Values. • Uses Alvanda and other tools to keep track of all stakeholders. • Identifies workflow improvement areas and suggests process improvements. • Ensures each stakeholder access to the tools, folders, and data they need. • Acts as a point of contact for all prospects they are responsible for. • Attains and keeps current a deep understanding of every aspect of Elkridge Advisor’s M&A Department. • Ensures all Service Level Agreements are met, identifies SLA improvement areas, and suggests process improvements. • Ensures all qualified Prospects reach a signed engagement swiftly and professionally. • Drafts Agreements from our templates for each Prospect and sends them for review. Key Performance Indicators The KPIs by which your performance will be determined. Measured weekly. • # of New Elkridge Clients • $ of New Elkridge Clients Resources • A arenaflex Workplace account and an @elkridgeadvisors.com email address. • Access to relevant Elkridge Advisors Group Operations Manuals. • Access to relevant Elkridge Advisors arenaflex Drive Acquisition Operations Folders, and eventually online Acquisition CRM and software (Alvanda.com). • Access to all relevant chat and other communication channels.
