Responsibilities Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information to drive informed decision-making Conduct industry and company due diligence to identify opportunities and mitigate risks Develop and review pitch/business origination materials, presentations, and transaction documents Drive transaction execution from pitch to closing, working closely with senior leaders and management teams Perform valuation and ad hoc financial analysis to support client engagements Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution Assist in business development and contribute to the growth of our M&A advisory practice Preferred Qualifications Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance, with extensive financial modeling and valuation experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong financial and computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Undergraduate degree, MBA preferred Prior Investment Banking analyst experience and/or hands-on M&A experience preferred FINRA Series 63 plus a Series 79 or 82 license (or willingness to obtain necessary licenses) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple project deliverables simultaneously What We Offer A competitive commission-based structure, with no base salary, and the opportunity to work remotely as a 1099 contractor.
