We are looking for a talented Lider Soporte Region EBU to join our team in Colombia . In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways: + Provide technical support and assistance for trucks fleets customers and support the development of our Customer Support Engineers across North South America (NSA). This role is essential to ensuring fleet reliability, enhancing technical capabilities, and driving performance through data and KPI tracking . + Monitor fleet performance metrics and proactively identify potential issues. + Provide technical support and training to Customer Support Engineers across North South America. + Track and manage Pull Market KPIs and dashboards for NSA, ensuring timely updates and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance for trucks fleets customers and support the development of our Customer Support Engineers across North South America (NSA). This role is essential to ensuring fleet reliability, enhancing technical capabilities, and driving performance through data and KPI tracking
  • Monitor fleet performance metrics and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Provide technical support and training to Customer Support Engineers across North South America.
  • Track and manage Pull Market KPIs and dashboards for NSA, ensuring timely updates and actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of diesel engines, electronic systems, and fleet management tools.
  • Availability for field visits and occasional travel.
  • Basic English proficiency (reading and communication).
  • College, university, or equivalent degree in engineering or a related subject required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Having certifications or experience with Cummins engines such as ISX15, X15, ISM, etc., is highly desirable
