As a Lead Process Manager – FSC Systems Strategy, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the future of Target’s food distribution network by owning the creation, articulation, and execution of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) roadmap and its dependent integrations. You will be responsible for translating complex operational processes into scalable technical capabilities, ensuring that future-state design decisions are grounded in operational reality and sequenced for successful execution. You will help define a realistic yet aggressive multi-year roadmap while remaining actively engaged as work transitions from concept to execution. You will serve as a key integrator across enterprise and external partners, aligning business, technology, and operations around a clear path forward. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership, the ability to influence senior leaders, and comfort navigating ambiguity and continuous change. You will act as a connective thread between current-state challenges and future-state capability, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to long-term network strategy.
