Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Pharmacy Technician to lead and support our front-end pharmacy technician team in our closed-door pharmacy. As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of best-in-class customer support to our long-term care, assisted living, and chronic care customers. You will work closely with our senior technicians, pharmacists, and pharmacy leaders to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician, or as required by state law One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Prior experience in the long-term care industry PTCB National Certification Education A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required for this role.
