<p><strong>Lead Corporate Cabin Attendant – Pt91</strong></p><p><strong>Full-Time</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Morristown, NJ</strong></p><p><strong>(Must live within 1.5hrs of MMU or be willing to relocate)</strong></p><p><br></p><p>On behalf of our Client In-Flight Crew Connections is hiring a full-time Pt.91 Lead Corporate Cabin Attendant.</p><p>As the primary Cabin Attendant, your responsibility is to ensure that every passenger experiences the highest levels of comfort, safety, and personalized service. You will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional travel experience for your passengers, anticipating their needs, and tailoring your service to meet their individual preferences. In this role, you will be dedicated to upholding the highest safety standards while fostering a welcoming, luxurious, and seamless environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Personalized Passenger Service</strong>: Greet owners and passengers upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Tailor service to each individual passenger to create a highly personalized and memorable flight experience.</li><li><strong>Exemplary In-Flight Service</strong>: Proactively anticipate and fulfill the needs of passengers during every phase of the flight. From setting the ambiance for meals to providing entertainment or rest, your focus will be on delivering impeccable service with attention to every detail, ensuring the passenger's experience exceeds expectations.</li><li><strong>Premium Catering and Meal Service</strong>: Oversee the entire process of meal preparation, ensuring the finest quality of food and presentation. Collaborate with catering suppliers and internal teams to provide exquisite meal experiences that align with passenger preferences and dietary requirements, served in a timely and elegant manner.</li><li><strong>Aircraft Preparation & Compliance</strong>: Prepare the aircraft to meet the highest standards, ensuring all regulatory and safety guidelines are followed. Maintain the cabin with required stock (as well as FBO stock), and passenger comforts.</li><li><strong>Flexibility & Client-Centric Scheduling</strong>: Willingness to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role will be primarily 80% day trips, with occasional extended international trips. Notice will be given in advance to adequately prepare for departures. Full commitment and necessary accommodations are expected to ensure unquestionable reliability and dependability for this role.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience</strong>: 5+ years experience in a <strong>Pt.91</strong> Corporate Flight Attendant role.</li><li><strong>Client-Focused Excellence</strong>: Demonstrated expertise in providing personalized, anticipatory service. Strong ability to connect with clients, ensuring their preferences are understood and met at every stage of the flight.</li><li><strong>Safety and Compliance Expertise</strong>: In-depth knowledge of aviation safety protocols and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety.</li><li>12 months current Emergency Procedures Training</li><li>24 months current CPR/AED Training</li><li><strong>Attention to Detail</strong>: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing the needs of multiple passengers simultaneously without compromising on service quality.</li><li><strong>Physical and Emotional Resilience</strong>: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and managing the physical demands of the role, while remaining calm and collected during high-pressure or emergency situations.</li><li><strong>Adaptability</strong>: Ability to adjust to dynamic schedules, travel needs, and shifting passenger requirements, always maintaining a calm, confident, professional demeanor.</li><li><strong>Global Mobility</strong>: Must possess a valid US Passport and be flexible in traveling worldwide, with an ability to work in diverse time zones and environments.</li><li><strong>Outstanding Communication</strong>: Superior interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with clients and colleagues alike to ensure smooth operations and a top-tier experience for passengers.</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting Structure:</strong></p><p>You will report directly to the Chief Pilot or their designee, ensuring that all client needs, safety protocols, and operational requirements are met.
