Job Summary The Techno-Functional Oracle Lead serves as a top-level technical expert in one or more highly specialized phases of applications programming, providing expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business. Duties and Responsibilities include the following: • Designs recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy. • Ensures that software solutions align with business goals, meet performance requirements, and provide engaging, intuitive user experiences. • Collaborates with stakeholders in the Oracle Center of Excellence, project managers, and end-users to understand business objectives and translate those goals into technical specifications that ensure scalability, performance, and security. • Partners with developers and lead developers to execute code reviews of designed solutions. • Builds technical designs in partnership with Oracle COE that incorporate architecture patterns, frameworks, data models, application components, and system integrations. • Integrates security measures into the application architecture, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. • Partner with Business Systems Analysts across technical verticals to execute testing to ensure optimal performance. • Ensures comprehensive documentation for the application architecture, including design documents, diagrams, and technical specifications. • Evaluates new and emerging technologies and development methodologies to identify faster, arenaflex-effective, and more reliable solutions for existing and proposed systems. • Partners with infrastructure, application, and quality teams to ensure applications meet business requirements, are well-documented, and have processes for ongoing support and maintenance. • Scopes and implements appropriate process improvement tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, Lean Sigma, and ITIL. • Applies judgment in implementing Application Engineering methodologies, processes, and practices tailored to specific project requirements, including product design engineering, information security, code maintainability, and reliability. • Collaborates with developers and engineers to create roadmaps for applications, align development plans, and ensure effective integration among information systems and IT infrastructure. • Monitors technological advancements to ensure solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards and emerging business requirements. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology, information systems, computer science, or a closely related and 7 years of experience in the offered or similar position. • Stated experience must include Oracle Database Architecture experience and experience with the following Oracle Applications: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12, Order Management, Shipping Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, Bills of Material, iProcurement, iSupplier, Purchase Order and Sales Order, Warehouse Management and EDI • May telecommute from anywhere in US. • Up to 5% domestic travel.
