Ecotone Landscapes & Tree Care is a growing business based in Hardwick, VT. We perform landscape design, installation, maintenance, and tree & shrub care services all throughout the NEK and Central Vermont. We value hard work, humor, loyalty, honesty, trust, and baked goods. Core Responsibilities

  • Assist with weeding, mulching, sod removal, planting, preparing beds, pruning, and more
  • Perform tasks with high standards of care and professionalism
  • Support with tree plantings and other larger installations for a variety of properties
  • Operate trucks, trailers, hand tools, and small engine tools
  • Uphold safety protocols, maintain equipment, and ensure clean job sites

Qualifications

Required:

  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Physically fit for manual outdoor labor including kneeling, bending, and lifting
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions

Preferred:

  • Experience in horticulture, landscaping, or tree care
  • Basic knowledge of perennial plants, shrubs, and tree
  • Certifications (e.g. ISA, OSHA, First Aid/CPR, ANSI A300 standards)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
