It’s meaningful work that offers both personal fulfillment and reliable income.<br><br><strong>About The Role & Compensation<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead dynamic tutoring sessions for elementary students (90%) </li><li>Share educational progress with students and families (5%) </li><li>Paid session planning and preparation (5%) </li><li>Part-time: 12-hour delivery target with 16 hours of availability or 20-hours delivery target with 24 hours availability, including evenings and weekends (see specifics below)</li><li>Full-time: 30-hour delivery target with 38 hours of availability or 35-hour delivery target with 43 hours of availability, including evenings and weekends (see specifics below) </li><li>Pay: $20 per hour for instruction time (tutoring);
