Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately record daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of ledgers, journals, and other accounting records.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements under supervision.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Process invoices and expense reports efficiently.
  • Learn and utilise various accounting software and tools.
