The Role


The successful candidate will be working closely with key stakeholders in a growing portfolio of a world leading event in Insurance, Insuretech and finance industry.

The ideal candidate is passionate about networking and building deep client relationships, strengthening partnerships to drive sales and revenues, by focusing on client experience and linking value to the clients needs.

Responsibilities And Duties

Selling delegate places over the phone, google meets, zoom to senior decision makes within the industry.
Identify and capitalize new opportunities to generate sales revenue consistently and deliver against monthly and event targets.
Delivering against weekly/monthly targets relating to personal sales target, pipeline creation and business growth.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of the event, to follow and execute a world class sales strategy.
Being able to develop relationships with established and incumbent companies and start-ups on the given market segment.

Assimilate key selling points during event briefing sessions and be able to deliver succinctly and compellingly in verbal and written communication to relevant prospects.

Working closely with our internal production function to provide details and thorough feedback regarding prospects, pipelines and progress.

Maintaining up-to-date records in CRM is essential, to ensure all daily activity, contact with prospective customers and pipeline is fully recorded.

Adhering to best practise sales methodology and an openness to training and continue development is essential.

About You


Qualification and Experience:
Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets at work and personal life.
Fast learner with the ability to understand different markets and business dynamics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with learning and using new technology platforms.
Eligibility to work in the UK
Previous Delegate Sales Experience is preferred but not essential.
