IT Team Leader
As an IT Leader, you’ll inspire and lead a high-performing regional or global technical team driving innovation and operational excellence. What We’re Looking For : Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, Engineering or related discipline. 10+ years of technical experience in a variety of IT disciplines gaining a conceptual knowledge of information technologies and methodologies, including successfully developing and implementing applications and/or infrastructure systems using new and emerging technologies. Demonstrated competency in the execution of multiple projects, including managing resources across multiple projects to meet goals. What Will Set You Apart Master’s degree preferred. Advanced knowledge of IT, with expertise in multiple specialty areas. Strong understanding of management principles and leadership best practices. Recognized technical expert in one or more IT disciplines, including networks, communications, hardware/software, web tools, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies. Proven leadership skills, including team building, motivation, delegation, and the ability to inspire and guide others. Experience in evaluating, recognizing, and leading organizational change initiatives.
