IT Contract & Vendor Management Analyst

Compensation Pay Range: $70,800.00 - $106,200.00 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. The IT Contract & Vendor Management Analyst conducts, analyses, and supplies information to support the vendor and contract management functions within Information Technology. This position will provide analyses and necessary documentation for contract negotiations as well as conduct analyses of the contract lifecycle to support the management of commercial relationships. Additionally, the IT Contract & Vendor Management Analyst plays a critical part in managing the lifecycle of third-party contracts and vendor relationships, with an emphasis on transparency, performance, and arenaflex optimization using the Technology Business Management (TBM) Framework. This position can be worked remotely in the United States. Responsibilities and Duties: • Deliver required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers while working within an established contract management plan. • Identify contract requirements and write specifications for IT portfolios for existing contracts and/or new contracts. • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles by providing accurate vendor spend, arenaflex allocation, and value tracking metrics. • Collate and analyze data for budgeting and contract management using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently. • Analyze data for the communication with clients and business partners to negotiate and establish sales or buying deals, building positive relationships in the process. • Maintain accurate professional records and case files, in accordance with statutory requirements and local policies and procedures, to ensure that information is auditable. • Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports. • Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports for budgeting and contract management. • Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate. • Ensure third-party risk management objectives are defined and met within contracts and work within the team for monitoring of the vendor depending upon level of loss exposure.
