We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced International Freight Forwarder to join our logistics team. In this role, you will coordinate international shipments by air, ocean, and ground while ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade requirements. You will work closely with clients, carriers, and our in-house customs brokerage team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods worldwide. RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and manage international freight movements (import/export) via air, ocean, and ground.Prepare process shipping documentation, including air waybill, bill of lading, commercial invoices and customs declarations.Liaise with carriers, overseas agents, and customers to track and trace shipments and resolve any delays or discrepancies.Collaborate with the customs brokerage team to ensure timely and compliant clearance of goods.Provide rate quotations and logistics solutions tailored to customer needs.Maintain accurate records in all systems.Monitor shipment milestones and proactively communicate updates to clients.Ensure compliance with international trade laws, Incoterms, and company policies.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.CORPORATE COMPLIANCE DUTIES Actively participate in QHSETR programs and systems. Contribute to and foster transparent, direct communication, education, and customer service enhancement with the operations team and clients. Ensure that file details and supporting documentation facilitate efficient handovers to Operations and Accounting. Contribute to BBE's continuous improvement and organizational efficiency goals.
