This Recruiting Manager position will be recruiting operations, engineering and accounting folks to Join Jobot!

Team Ohana is our internal recruiting team that focuses on finding people who are great at what they do and believe in treating people with kindness and respect.

1. Driven and positive with a love of competing and recruiting. Someone who would love to wear a Jobot hat and chat with experienced people about Joining Jobot.

2. 2+ years of agency or internal recruiting experience recruiting engineers, sales or recruiters with a high level of proven success

3. Bachelor’s Degree a Plus and/or Excellent Experience

4. History of success. Can be in sports, education and/or professional.

3 Things You will be Doing in this Job:

• Utilizing Jax, our custom software, and other tools to reach out to exceptional candidates and help them learn more about Jobot
• Researching the best candidates online and reaching out to them and building relationships
• Promoting the Jobot culture and brand through positive exchanges
