The incumbent integrates tracking plans, performs analysis of mechanical design choices, and carries out other projects as assigned. The role contributes to project leadership and oversees the project portfolio.<br><br>Major Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Provide support to the Mechanical department </li><li> Assist in preparing calculations and reports </li><li> Provide assistance in integrating tracking plans </li><li> Participate in performing analysis of mechanical design choices </li><li> Interact with project teams </li><li> Assist with coordination of on-site activities </li><li> Support the creation and modification of Computer Aided Design (CAD) models <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li> Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) </li><li> Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Notes </li><li> Knowledge of reporting software such as Tableau and SmartSheet </li><li> Communicates with impact </li><li> Completes work autonomous with accountability for assigned tasks </li><li> Knowledge of Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) and ARIBA* <br><br></li></ul>Education<br><br><ul><li> Recent Graduate or working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management , Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent </li><li>Any experience/education/skills/knowledge for these above would be considered as an asset<br><br></li></ul><strong>This position is for students who self‑identify as First Nations, Inuit, and/or Métis, the Indigenous peoples of Canada.
