Amazon Ads operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, offering a rich array of advertising solutions. We partner with advertisers to reach customers across our owned and operated sites like Amazon, Prime Video and Twitch, and on other high-quality sites across the web, and on devices.

As an Insights and Measurement Lead, you will work as a senior individual contributor to accelerate our advertising business growth. Through marketing analytics modeling and business analysis, you will develop strategies for global industry leaders, and you will identify opportunities to drive Ad sales growth. You will serve as a strategic advisor, implementing solutions and driving business transformation for clients. You will lead measurement discussions, create actionable insights, and present clear recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
  • Leverage Amazon's proprietary data, third-party research, and ad measurement solutions to generate actionable insights

  • Drive thought leadership and own senior-level measurement and insights customer relationships, partnering across strategic learning objectives that influence business decision-making

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence sales and marketing initiatives across multiple business functions and geographies

  • Advocate for data-driven decision-making and guide advertisers to implement recommended solutions

A day in the life
On a daily basis, the Insights and Measurement Lead performs hands-on data extraction and analysis using SQL and Python, work with measurement solutions to build insights and measure success metrics for advertisers' businesses and industries. The role requires developing data-driven recommendations for executive client leadership and communicating these insights in a clear and compelling fashion.

About the team
The Analytics & Insights (A&I) team is part of Sales Intelligence, Tech, & Enablement (SITE) organization within Amazon Ads. We leverage Amazon's data to develop actionable insights for advertisers, enhancing marketers' decision-making processes and measurably improving their success both on and off Amazon.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience
  • Experience in advertising measurement methodologies, including incrementality, marketing mix modeling, and media attribution.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing advertisers in travel, tourism, gaming, and financial services industries.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Advertising, or Business; or equivalent Digital media planning experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life & AD&D insurance), Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and other resources to improve health and well-being.
