Job Description:
Due to continued growth within the USA service team, we have a vacancy for an Inside Service Coordinator to support our customer base.

Responsibilities:
After completing a training program, you will be involved & responsible for the following activities:
  • Issue service quotations to customers
  • Track customer calibration frequency and outreach to customers past due
  • Promote and quote service contracts
  • Initiate e-mail campaigns promoting upgrades and services
  • Coordinate service visits with customer and field service engineers
  • Maintain customer databases

Requirements for Consideration:
  • High energy level with ability to take initiative.
  • Teamwork oriented with collaborative style, pragmatic, multitasking, flexible.
  • Ability to articulate clearly and timely with customers to provide world class service.
  • Drive and collaboration experience to identity process improvement areas
  • Computer fluent, with specific attention to e-mail and Microsoft Office product skills; CRM and service tools.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to interact effectively in English.
  • Follow set procedures but can identify when change is required

Experience/Qualifications:
  • College degree with internship experience or high school diploma and customer service experience in professional workplace
  • Proven experience in high demand customer service.
  • English: good communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Able to lift 25lbs to assist with spares and service shipments
