At Swish, our people are at the heart of everything we do.<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>The Industrial Equipment Sales Specialist is responsible for driving and expanding sales of industrial high-pressure cleaning equipment and large industrial equipment across Western Canada. This position requires a blend of strong sales acumen and technical expertise. You will possess in-depth knowledge of the mechanical operation of industrial pressure washers and other industrial cleaning equipment, conduct field demonstrations, and provide consultative guidance on equipment selection, application, and maintenance. By combining sales, account management, and technical proficiency, the role ensures achievement of sales targets and delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Sales & Business Development<br><br></strong><ul><li>Understand and articulate Swish’s value proposition, aligning industrial cleaning solutions to customer needs to grow profitable sales. </li><li>Develop and execute territory growth strategies, including account penetration plans and quarterly business reviews with key accounts. </li><li>Maintain a strong pipeline of industrial and commercial opportunities, achieving assigned revenue and gross margin targets. </li><li>Provide written programs, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to customer requirements. </li><li>Support vendor programs and internal marketing initiatives. </li><li>Execute Swish and vendor programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives to increase market share in the region. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Customer Relationship Management<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, serving as primary contact for sales and service needs. </li><li>Understand customer objectives and identify strategies to maximize account growth. </li><li>Handle customer complaints and service issues by providing timely solutions and following up to ensure resolution. </li><li>Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, delivery, and fulfillment of solutions according to customer expectations. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Technical Expertise & Support<br><br></strong><ul><li>Maintain advanced knowledge of vendor pressure washer systems (pumps, motors, burners, heating systems, and accessories) to support sales and customer confidence. </li><li>Conduct field demonstrations and product orientations for end-users, showing mechanical operation and safe use of equipment. </li><li>Provide product training to sales teams and customer operators. </li><li>Partner with Swish service technicians to resolve technical escalations, warranty claims, and installation requirements. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Sales Operations & Reporting<br><br></strong><ul><li>Maintain customer activity records in CRM systems;
