Job Overview
The InDesign Technical Support Specialist will provide expert technical assistance to Adobe InDesign users, troubleshoot issues, and guide users on best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with InDesign, a deep understanding of workflows, and experience with ExtendScript or JavaScript-based automation to enhance user productivity and project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to InDesign users, addressing a range of software-related issues.
- Troubleshoot advanced InDesign issues, including workflow automation and scripting with ExtendScript.
- Assist users with installation and configuration of InDesign plugins and software updates.
- Guide users through best practices, tips, and workflow optimization within InDesign.
- Stay updated on the latest InDesign features, versions, and Creative Cloud integrations.
- Collaborate with developers or Adobe support to resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct training for new teams and assist with system setup and access.

Qualifications
