It should explain what it means and what to do next. What we are looking for Required • 3+ years of experience conducting applied UX, product, or customer research • Demonstrated experience running in-depth interviews, usability tests, or focus groups • Demonstrated experience designing, conducting and analyzing eye tracking studies using Tobii or iMotions • Experience designing and executing primary research • Strong qualitative analysis and synthesis skills • Ability to turn messy data into clear stories and recommendations • Comfort working directly with clients and stakeholders Nice to have • Experience with B2B, SaaS, fintech, or professional services • Experience with marketing, messaging, websites, or sales enablement research • Familiarity with competitive, brand, or positioning research How Ology works Companies spend millions on marketing and sales built on assumptions. We study: • Messaging and value propositions • Ads and creative concepts • Pricing and packaging • Websites and landing pages • Sales processes and enablement materials • Brand perception and competitive positioning We do not deliver data dumps. Every engagement includes clear recommendations and support for decision-making. Our clients are revenue, marketing, and growth leaders who need to get it right and would rather test their ideas than gamble their budget.
