In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Marketing Product Mgr. (remote)

ManpowerGroup is seeking a fully remote Marketing Professional and Product Manager with 5+ years of progressive marketing and/or product management experience in the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) or core laboratory diagnostics space. This is a contract role anticipated to last through end of year with possible extension into 2027. • Work Location: 100% Remote (U.S. based) What you will be doing: • End to End product management: Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, zone marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical, etc.) to develop business cases for product enhancements and improvements. Drive cross-functional alignment to deliver differentiated, customer-focused solutions. Manage global forecasting and supply to support accelerated growth. • Customer and Market Insights: Serve as a Chronic Disease subject matter expert across stakeholder groups including laboratorians, hospital administrators, and ministries of health. Gather and interpret market dynamics and customer insights to shape portfolio strategy and inform product innovation. • Competitive Selling Strategies: Monitor and analyze competitive offerings. Develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools that clearly differentiate our products and demonstrate added value to customers. • Product Definition & Development: Translate customer needs into well-defined product requirements and design inputs. Leverage voice-of-customer research, zone input, and market analysis to guide development teams and ensure market-relevant product delivery. • Promotional materials development and roll out: Develop and update OUS ELF promotional materials, act as conduit between zones and global for ELF and lead train the trainer sessions to roll out new materials Experience we are seeking • 5+ years of progressive marketing AND product management experience in the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) or core laboratory diagnostics space. Strong marketing is a must. How to position products, how to develop promotional tactics, how to rollout a marketing tactic, collect to VoC, how to allocate a marketing budget • Proven end-to-end experience including market research, product definition, NPD support, launch planning, campaign execution, sales enablement, and training development. • Strongly prefer IVD product management experience with deep understanding of IVD product lifecycle. • Should have work experience with medical device companies that are diagnostic in nature, working with biomarkers, analyzing amino acids, etc. • MS Office Suite • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree with additional relevant experience.
