Start your Voyage – Apply Now Analyst, Investment Pricing & Valuation Profile Summary: This role is a part of our Voya Investment Management Entry Level Program. This program, which will begin in July 2026, is designed to develop the careers of entry level employees and provide you with the unique opportunity to begin your investment career while gaining hands-on experience and on-the-job development and training. As a key member of Voya Investment Management’s COO organization, you will assist in the oversight of the pricing of public and private investments across a variety of investment vehicles and client accounts. In this pivotal role, you will be contributing to the department’s responsibility to ensure the appropriateness of the fair valuation approach for all investments owned by accounts under the purview of Voya Investment Management. Profile Description: Responsibilities • Pricing Accuracy & Controls: Produce timely and periodic controls on pricing service sourced prices for Voya Investment Management. Ensure timely daily and periodic controls are being performed by the pricing team. • Vendor Due-Diligence: Take part in periodic due diligence of existing pricing services as well as vetting of new pricing services to ensure that there is a good faith basis for believing that each pricing service’s pricing methodologies produce prices that reflect fair value. • Internal Valuations: Ensure daily and/or monthly valuation on internally modeled investments is performed in accordance with internal policies and methodologies. Conduct research on key valuation inputs and analyze deltas to determine reasonability. Perform testing of fair value methodologies. • Key Controls Oversight: Responsible for running daily and periodic controls timely and accurately. Responsible for ensuring compliance with key controls. • Audit Support and Validation: Comply and coordinate with senior team members as well as internal and external auditors on pricing and valuation related inquiries. • Continuous Improvement: Analyze and provide recommendations to improve policies and procedures related to the fair valuation of investments. • Client Support: Provide quality support to clients including internal committees and independent mutual fund boards and their representatives relating to deliverables and the valuation practices. • Data Requests: Promptly respond to investment data requests from key customers, including traders, portfolio managers, sales, and client service personnel to support questions related to the asset, including questions related to the characteristics of the investment. • Key Project Support: Take part in key initiatives across the firm to cover aspects related to pricing & valuation. • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with key stakeholders within the firm on valuation topics. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including investment managers, risk managers, compliance, client teams, and senior leadership, to align functional team initiatives and strategies with broader firm objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor and deliver solutions to meet client needs. Requirements • Applicants should be graduating with an undergraduate degree in December 2025 or spring/summer of 2026. • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Ability to manage a high volume of data and message flow. • High level of interest and understanding of investments and financial markets. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at various levels. • Growth and learning mindset with a demonstrated ability to develop new skills and execute plans under tight deadlines. • High level of proficiency in Excel Nice-to-haves • experience with SQL, Python or VBA a plus.
