Backed by a leading private equity investment firm, we are looking for an engaging, innovative, and all-around balanced individual to join our team. With a diverse team spread across multiple states, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare HR management and extensive experience managing HR functions across multiple states.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues. Address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.</li> <li>HR Strategy Development Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.</li> <li>Provider onboarding Assist with provider and corporate onboarding with all necessary paperwork, benefits, background checks, I-9’s, etc</li> <li>Assist in answering employee requests and questions.</li> <li>Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.</li> <li>Compliance Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of multi-state employment laws and healthcare regulations.</li> <li>Benefits Administration Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Ensure programs are competitive and compliant with regulations.</li> <li>HR Metrics and Reporting Collect and analyze HR data to inform strategic decisions. Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, onboarding metrics, and employee satisfaction.</li> <li>Culture and Engagement Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred but not required.</li> <li>Experience Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry.</li> <li>Proven experience managing multi-site, multi-state HR functions.</li> <li>Prior experience in both California & New York preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills</strong></p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, ADP WorkforceNow, Adobe Sign, iCIMS, and the Brainier Learning Management System (LMS) a plus</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws across various states.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.</li> <li>Proficiency with HRIS and other HR software tools.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and manage remote teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Competitive salary ($75,000-$85,000 based on experience)</li> <li>Comprehensive healthcare coverage</li> <li>Retirement savings plan with company match</li> <li>Paid time off and holidays</li> </ul> <p><em>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
