This internship offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, and HR analytics within a regulated fintech environment.</p><p>This is ideal for someone who is interested in building a career in Human Resources or HR Operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>1.Learning & Culture Intern Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the development and promotion of company culture initiatives and employee engagement activities.</li><li>Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement programs and internal events.</li><li>Provide support for new hire onboarding and related training programs.</li><li>Assist with training logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up communications.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>2. HR Operations & Administration</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with onboarding documentation and new joiner coordination.</li><li>Prepare HR letters (internship letters, employment letters, confirmation letters, etc.).</li><li>Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.</li><li>Support payroll data consolidation (e.g., leave records, claims, attendance).</li><li>Ensure proper filing and documentation in line with internal controls.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3.
